Paramam financials is a project executed as a part of iLink Systems. The aim is to create a new financial consulting platform based on online spreadsheets and analytics. You can find more about me at my website www.raghavendraprabhu.com.
We have worked on Paramam with the intent to develop a platform that can provide analytics in a wide variety of areas. This could be financial models such as liquidity, credit analysis for private companies and basic valuation models such as discounted FCFF for public companies.
We have a minimal framework that is working and functions as a spreadsheet when accessed via the browser. Please go the prototype link http://www.paramam.com/index.php/prototype to access the framework. The data shown is a mix of hardcoded data and populated data from an internal database.
Paramam Financials focuses on open and transparent financial consulting in the form of online interactive spreadsheets. Paramam financials will be to financial consulting what other solutions are to their respective domains. The aim is to make Paramam the leading destination on Internet for meeting the financial consulting needs of customers.
Business owners and financial managers need consulting reports based on models with pre-populated data which can result in huge time savings, help integrate data from various sources and provide transparent analysis to make their investment decisions. Such a transparent analysis can provide answers on key operational metrics, serve as valuation guides, act as a base for future analysis aiding decision making.
We empower customers and enable them to make the right decisions. The company not only provides reports but also transfers the actual analysis including spreadsheet models, graphical analysis to the customer empowering them to recheck, test their own assumptions and build their own conclusions.
